Jacob DeGrom had a fantastic outing tonight outside of a 4 hit, 3 run 4th inning, he picked up the win in a very encouraging outing. Cory Vaughn put the capper on 6 run Binghamton 5th with a grand slam, his 5th homer of the season. Cesar Puello doubled, had 3 hits, and drove in 3.

The Mets played a sloppy game and it ended up costing them a win, as the Manatees scored 4 runs (2 earned) against starter Alex Panteliodis to win it, 4-3. Alex took the loss, despite pitching a pretty good game. Aderlin Rodriguez had the lone multi hit game for the Mets, who dropped to 23-14 with the loss.
