AAA International League: Las Vegas

AA Eastern League: Binghamton 3/7/0, Trenton 1/5/0

Cesar Puello and Logan Verrett were the stories of the Mets tonight, each in their own way invaluable to the victory. Puello blasted a pair of homers, his third and fourth on the season, and Verrett delivered the finest MINOR LEAGUE pitching performance in the entire organization, coming within 1 out of the first complete game in the system (Sadly, Harvey’s game last night doesn’t count because the offense had their collective thumbs up their asses).
