Matt Harvey had an outstanding outing tonight, taking a no hitter 2 outs into the 6th inning, before allowing a single, walking a batter, and serving up a 3 run homer. In succession. Ouch. Overall, though, Harvey had a very very good outing, throwing 67% strikes.

Zack Wheeler had a pretty meh outing this morning, keeping his team in the game as any good ace does on off days, giving up 3 runs on 7 hits in 6 innings, he took a ND. Adrian Rosario had another rough outing in relief, giving up 2 runs on 3 hits and a walk in 0.2 innings, Robert Carson bailed him out and picked up his 4th save. Offensively, Juan Lagares tripled, drove in 2, scored 2, and walked 3 times. Eric Campbell and Juan Centeno had multi hit games.

Michael Fulmer had an absolutely amazing outing tonight, giving up 3 hits over 7.1 innings for his 4th win of the season. Fulmer has been everything the Mets could have hoped for and much much more as a non top 10 HS pick pushed to full season ball, he’s got a 19/44 BB/K in 51 innings (a 3.35 BB/9 and a 7.76 K/9), along with a .223 BAA and a 1.22 WHIP. Offensively, TJ Rivera, Dustin Lawley, Travis Taijeron and Albert Cordero had multi hit games. Lawley had a 4 hit outburst, Rivera and Cordero 3 hits apiece. Much needed for Albert.
