Cesar Puello had 3 hits, including a double and homer, and stole his 15th base, and Darrell Ceciliani’s 3 run triple capped a 5 run 5th for Binghamton in support of Jacob DeGrom, who has improved noticeably in his last 2 AA starts, seemingly adjusting to the level after a VERY short stint in St. Lucie. DeGrom allowed 2 runs over 5.1 innings while striking out 6 for his 2nd EL victory.

Travis Taijeron homered twice to pace the Mets attack, he also walked, and is now hitting a robust .303/.398/.562/.960 in 178 ABs, however, he is 24 years old, and should be quickly moved to Binghamton. TJ Rivera singled and walked in 2 official trips. Matt Bowman had his worst outing of the season, lasting just 5 innings and giving up 3 runs on 5 hits (including 2 homers).
