AAA International League: Buffalo 4/10/0, Buffalo 3/9/2

Collin McHugh had a… mediocre outing tonight, giving up 4 runs on 6 hits and 2 walks in 6 innings to take the loss, despite striking out 8 along the way, his control, as usual (outside of his first 3 AAA outings) was impeccable. Offensively, Lucas Duda had a multi hit game as he tries to regain the form that saw him OPS over .900 during the 2nd half last year, post-Beltran trade.

AA Eastern League: Binghamton 9/8/1, New Britain 8/13/1, Game 1

The BMets used a 3 run bottom of the 9th to walk off with a 9-8 victory, behind 3 hits from Juan Lagares, a perfect game from Reese Havens, and the weirdest statline I’ve ever seen from catcher Juan Centeno. Starter Cory Mazzoni got crushed for 6 runs (5 earned) on 9 hits and 2 walks in 6 innings for a ND. Adam Kolarek gave up 2 runs on 4 hits, but picked up the win.
